CNEC AVA

CNEC AVA is a customized Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) developed to serve the academic institutions of the CNEC group. It provides an online environment for managing classes, materials, assessments, and communication between students and teachers.
Integration with TOTVs Academic ERP
The platform is fully integrated with the TOTVs academic ERP, allowing seamless synchronization of essential academic data, such as:
- Student enrollments
- Course and discipline information
- Teacher assignments
- Discipline remapping
This integration ensures data consistency across both systems and eliminates the need for redundant manual entries.
External Database Integration
Instead of using Moodle’s default user management, CNEC AVA connects to an external database for user authentication and enrollment data.

Password Recovery
The platform includes a custom password recovery module, tailored to the CNEC group’s authentication model.

Grades recorded in Moodle are synchronized back to the TOTVs ERP, ensuring that academic performance data remains aligned across systems.
